What is ImpactEm?
ImpactEm is a business growth platform developed by Sudden Impact Agency. It helps businesses create an online presence, connect with customers, manage marketing, and access practical AI-powered business tools without unnecessary complexity. You start with a free online business profile and add only the services your business needs.
What is included in the free online business profile?
The free profile includes your business details, branding, social links, a shareable URL, and a QR code. You choose ONE presentation format — Business Landing Page, Digital Business Card, or Link Hub — with one-tap calling, directions, and contact buttons. There is no monthly subscription required and no credit card needed.
Why do customers choose one presentation format?
Each free profile is built around a single presentation format so it stays focused and easy to share. You select either a Business Landing Page, a Digital Business Card, or a Link Hub. All three formats are not published simultaneously — you choose the one that best fits how your customers find and contact you.
What do the four $47/month subscriptions include?
The four individual subscriptions are Social Media Studio, Reputation & Reviews, Leads & Appointments, and Lead Generation & Reactivation — each $47/month. Social Media Studio includes 30 standard AI content generations per month with scheduling and publishing. Reputation & Reviews includes Google review monitoring, AI-assisted responses, and review request workflows. Leads & Appointments includes lead capture, follow-up, bookings, reminders, and missed-call text-back where supported. Lead Generation & Reactivation includes campaign creation, prospect engagement, and previous-customer reactivation, and does not include purchased leads, ad spend, or guaranteed leads. Some metered activities may consume wallet credits.
What is included in the $147/month Business Growth subscription?
Business Growth includes all four subscriptions: Social Media Studio, Reputation & Reviews, Leads & Appointments, and Lead Generation & Reactivation. Purchased individually they are $188/month, so Business Growth saves you $41/month. Metered activities may still consume credits.
What is excluded from Business Growth?
Business Growth does not include the AI Receptionist Flex or Plus plans, which are billed separately. It also does not include purchased leads, paid advertising management, advertising spend, or guaranteed leads. Metered activities may still consume wallet credits.
What is the difference between AI Receptionist Flex and Plus?
AI Receptionist Flex is $97/month and includes AI call answering, personalized greetings, inquiry handling, lead capture, and supported call routing using standard supported AI voices. Usage is metered through the ImpactEm Wallet, and a mandatory $10 starter credit purchase provides 1,000 credits at signup, so your initial checkout is $107 before applicable taxes. Renewals are $97/month plus applicable credit refills. AI Receptionist Plus is $197/month and includes Flex capabilities plus 10,000 usage credits each monthly billing cycle; included monthly credits expire at the end of the billing cycle, and there is no separate starter credit purchase. Additional usage may require wallet refills. We do not advertise unlimited calls or minutes.
What are ImpactEm credits?
ImpactEm credits are the balance in your shared ImpactEm Wallet used to pay for supported usage-based activities across your account, such as AI receptionist phone minutes and outbound SMS messaging. Credits are added after successful payment confirmation.
Which activities may consume credits?
Metered, usage-based activities — such as AI receptionist call minutes, outbound SMS messaging, premium AI media, and supported messaging workflows — may consume wallet credits. Subscription access itself is covered by your monthly plan; only the metered usage draws from your wallet.
What credit packs are available?
Two credit packs are available: the Starter Credit Pack ($10 for 1,000 credits) and the Bonus Credit Pack ($50 for 5,500 credits, including 500 bonus credits — a 10% bonus compared with five $10 packs). No other credit packs are offered.
How do automatic wallet refills work?
All paid ImpactEm subscriptions use automatic wallet refills. When your available balance falls below 500 credits, ImpactEm charges your authorized payment method $10 for 1,000 additional credits. Credits are added after successful payment confirmation.
Are automatic refills mandatory?
Yes. Automatic refills are mandatory for paid subscriptions and require explicit payment authorization during signup. This keeps your active, metered services running without interruption.
What happens if a refill payment fails?
If a refill payment fails, metered services that depend on wallet credits may be interrupted until a successful payment is processed. Usage-based activities may pause until your wallet is replenished.
When will signup and publishing become available?
The existing ImpactEm application is being connected separately. Signup, login, profile publishing, and purchase flows on this marketing website are integration-ready and become operational once the connected application is live. Until then, the Start Free and Sign In actions let you join the priority list — no accounts are created and no billing is activated.
